Enjoy the benefits of the moving meditation of yoga to improve overall health and wellbeing.
One hour session: During this introduction to yoga, participants will move through a sequence of postures, linking breath with movement in a dance-like flow then move to the floor with a focus on developing core and back strength along with flexibility. Class concludes with a guided meditation.
