About:
I have been in private practice as a holistic body worker since 1985 weaving integrative bodywork, expressive arts, and spiritual psychology. My training includes extensive studies in: Zero Balancing, Polarity Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, and Birth and Pre-natal Therapy. Each of these energy-based bodywork modalities supports the integration of body, mind, emotions, and spirit. My additional studies in Somatic Movement Therapy, Spiritual Psychology, and Authentic Movement & voice help bridge the world of bodywork with an exploration of the psycho-spiritual realm through verbal process, guided imagery, and the expressive arts.

While facilitating each person’s unique healing journey I bring an attitude of deep respect for the therapeutic relationship, the power and sacredness of loving touch, and the beauty of creative process to my work. I enjoy working in interactive educational ways, emphasizing presence, self-awareness, self-responsibility, embodiment, and authenticity. I believe that these qualities can support each person’s healing journey so that what is learned in a session can apply to and enhance one’s daily life.
