Join Georgia Reath for her signature Blue Light Yoga, a 75-minute yoga class followed by a 45-minute discussion. The asana (or physical) practice will be a vinyasa flow class that incorporates alignment, breath work, repetition, creative smart sequencing, and groovy tunes. After the asana practice, grounded and open, we will engage in a group discussion about what it means to be in a flow state on and off our mat. We will look at areas in our lives that feel "in the flow," as well as areas that feel blocked or stagnant, and discuss how we can be proactive in maintaining flow in our daily existence.
