WC Experience: Yoga Retreat

Join us for a retreat.
The day will start with a restorative yoga class taught by Katie Schroeder. Then benefit from a talk/workshop with our integrative life coach helping us align with our purpose, Rebecca Brockelman. Our holistic chef, Jenny Byrne will cook and provide a healthy & delicious lunch, which will adhere to participants' dietary needs. End the day with mini sessions with energy healers Kerry Jones & Donna Mills and ion foot baths from Active Healing.
