There is something for everyone in this Wellness Week. Whether the kids are at school or you are working this is a chance to customize your self-care for a week.
Come join us to focus on you & your health. 5 Days of clean eating (together for 5 days we will remove processed sugars & carbs). This is not a cleanse. We will provide core workouts & yoga, educational health talks, self-care with massage, acupuncture, reiki & the ion cleanse.
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 9-9:45 am
Allison Coughlin-Hall, personal trainer will join us. She will teach a body weight class that focuses on strengthening and cardio. Come enjoy a workout that tones your glutes, legs and core while getting your heart rate up.
Wednesday & Friday 9-10 am
Kim Johnson, founder of The Athlete's Yoga, LLC has trained amateur to professional athletes, to include recreational athletes and weekend warriors for 10 years. She also develops, implements and continues to teach comprehensive yoga programs in high schools, colleges, athletic facilities and camps.
Hatha Yoga, Wednesday. We will move through a sequence of postures, linking breath with movement in a dance-like flow then move to the floor with a focus on developing core and back strength along with flexibility. Class concludes with a guided visualization.
Restorative Yoga, Friday A gentle practice combining movement, breathwork and meditation to calm the nervous system, bringing harmony and balance to the mind and body. The use of props allows us to be still and open the body organically.
All days will end with a short guided meditation
