Treatment Focus/Specialties:
Concussion
Lower Extremity
Spine Injury Prevention

About:
I work primarily with active individuals, from weekend warrior to professional athlete, in order to improve how the body moves and decrease pain. My areas of specialty are the lower extremity, spine and sports-related concussion. Concussion treatment focuses on visual, vestibular, and exertional problems, as well as whiplash, which is often associated with a concussion. Musculoskeletal treatment includes both manual therapy and prescribed exercises.

In addition to treating patients' injuries, I also work with individuals to prevent injury, by assessing movement patterns and addressing areas that need improvement. I also perform baseline concussion testing for the visual, vestibular and balance systems, to establish an athlete's pre-injury baseline, to facilitate a full recovery in the event of an injury.

I believe strongly in a hands-on, individualized approach to care and working closely with patients as a team to optimize outcomes.
