Jin Shin Jyutsu helps us find the perfect expression of harmony that exists within everyone. It is a philosophy, a psychology, and a physiology. It not only aids the body, but also changes the attitudes that underlie the physical symptoms.
Jin Shin Jyutsu does not involve massage or manipulation of bones or muscles. It is a gentle art, practiced by placing fingertips over clothing on designated areas of the body to restore the natural energy flow.
