Carrot cake muffins

Delicious paleo carrot-cake muffins!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups shredded carrots
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine the wet ingredients (leaving out the carrot in a mixer) and mix until smooth. Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add the shredded carrots and mix until incorporated.
Pour batter into a lined muffin tray.
Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes
